Reed Pacific Media (RPM) has recently delivered a range of “Spiced Orange” scented materials for the launch of Pernod Ricard’s new Absolut Oz Spiced Orange flavoured vodka.
Australian film director Baz Luhrmann was enlisted to create the first ever Absolut limited edition bottle celebrating Australia. Called Absolut Oz, the collaboration will see the one litre sized bottle available in leading outlets nationally as of March 2014.
RPM specially developed the Spiced Orange fragrance for Absolut as a flavour sampling tool for the campaign, which is all about engaging the senses.
The integrated campaign features a series of scented materials, produced by RPM:
Scented shelf wobblers to be displayed alongside Absolut Oz bottles at the shelf;
Scented neck tags to be displayed on Absolut Oz bottles at the shelf;
Fragrance atomisers for cocktail mixologists to spray the Spiced Orange fragrance onto blotter cards (with an Absolut Oz cocktail recipe printed onto them) as part of cocktail tasting sessions. Consumers can take the scented blotter card away with them, to continually reactivate the fragrance for the smell and taste experience.
